Whorled White Milkweed
Asclepias verticillata
This smaller milkweed has umbels of small, white flowers that are attractive to pollinators. It also is deer and rabbit resistant. Whorled milkweed blooms later than most milkweeds, often into September, when its leaves turn from green to yellow and orange.
